Privacy & your data.
This page explains the current Android release and this download website. Last updated October 6, 2026.
The download website.
This website has no advertising trackers or analytics scripts. You don’t need to provide an email address to download the APK. The service that hosts it may process request information such as IP address and browser details to deliver files.
The download server keeps daily totals of APK download requests and completed file transfers. These totals do not identify visitors and do not prove installation. No advertising or cross-site analytics code is added.
iPhone release notifications.
If you request an iPhone notification, we store your email address, submission time and consent in Cloudflare storage for up to one year. We use it only to notify you when an iPhone version is available, not for advertising. Your address is not published. Contact support@unscroll.pro to request removal. The form limits repeated submissions using request IP information; the application does not save that IP with your email.
Instagram & YouTube sessions.
You use the real service websites inside Android WebView. Those services handle their own sign-in, cookies and content under their policies. Their sessions are stored by WebView on your device.
unScroll applies filters locally. It does not collect your Instagram or YouTube passwords or export your messages to its access server. Some filters inspect visible page labels and text locally to recognize sections or a Reel viewer. The app’s filtering does not change the original Instagram or YouTube apps.
Daily usage and browser limits stay on your device. Optional app protection checks selected original apps locally.
Trial, email & subscription.
The access service receives a hashed device identifier and an installation identity to enforce the one-time trial and verify access. The app stores its installation credentials in Android secure storage. Settings are stored on your device.
If you subscribe or restore a purchase, the service processes your email address, verification status and subscription records. Resend delivers email codes. Lava handles checkout and payment information, and returns payment status to the access service. Internet access is needed to verify trial or paid access.
Android 0.4.0.
The app offers a one-time 72-hour trial without a card. Paying afterwards is a separate action. It reports first launches, active days and access events (trial, paywall and checkout) using the existing hashed device identity. Activity and event records are kept for 90 days; the owner sees aggregate totals, not social content.
App protection is optional and requires Android accessibility permission. It checks resource IDs and bounded, selected public navigation controls locally to recognize Reels, Shorts and the TikTok feed. It does not record screen content, typed values, passwords or messages, or send them to the server. Chosen app packages stay on the phone. Recognition in original apps is still awaiting physical device testing; the public APK is 0.4.0.
Support & data requests.
Messages you choose to send to support contain the information you provide and your contact address. Avoid sending sensitive account content. Use support to request help with your access data or ask about deletion. Payment providers may retain records under their own policies.
Other services.
Instagram, YouTube, Resend and Lava operate independently. Their own privacy and payment terms also apply when you use them.
